EIGHT Projects You Can Do Before Christmas

One week from today, my kids will be waking up, rubbing their bleary eyes, and running into the living room to see if Santa did his job. I can’t wait. And until then, we’ll be spending the few days before Christmas being together, enjoying the season, and creating a few last DIY projects.
If that sounds lovely to you too, I rounded up a few of our best holiday projects that you can create before Christmas. Each of these just take an afternoon (some take only a few minutes), and they’re all designed to help you celebrate the holidays by slowing down + making something special. Take a peek through our faves and let me know if you’ll be making any of these this year! xoxo
Make Gold Marbled Ornaments (Above.) I love the look of these ornaments, and they use one of our favorite craft materials: liquid gilding.
Make a Giant Candy Cane Pillow. Is this the cutest?! It’s a DIY that you’ll use for years to come. And the best part is that the top of the candy cane wraps around you like a neck pillow!

Make Reindeer Drink Stirrers Not only are these insanely cute, but they’re a perfect hostess gift. You can make a bunch and keep for yourself or give to friends and family.

Make an Ornament Garland for Your Mantel This DIY takes five minutes and you probably already have everything you need! If you’ve been around these parts for a while you know that’s the key to my heart.

Make PomPom Christmas Ornaments A super fun (and super cute) project you can make with or for your kiddos.

Make Painted Pinecone Decorations Forage some pinecones and use paint from your stash — ta-da! A totally free and beautiful holiday DIY project.

Make a Finger Knit Garland These garlands come together so quickly, and all you need is a skein of yarn in your favorite color. (I made all of these while I was watching my favorite Christmas movies.)

Make Rhinestone Sprinkled Ornaments A last-minute DIY that’s great for decorating your tree or gifting to folks on your list.

These are adorable decorations that I’m definitely going to be making! Especially the candy cane pillow! Thanks for the ideas!!

Christmas newsletters work best when they respect the reader’s time and mindset during a busy season. A strong campaign focuses on clarity, warmth, and relevance instead of constant urgency. When brands explain offers clearly and add a human tone, emails feel helpful rather than salesy. I found that the ideas explained in https://flowium.com/blog/christmas-newsletter/ reinforce how thoughtful timing, simple messaging, and seasonal context can improve open rates and trust. A good Christmas email reminds subscribers why they joined your list, not just why they should buy today.
I absolutely love these Christmas DIY ideas — especially the ornament garland and the gold marbled ornaments! 🎄✨ The projects feel simple, cozy, and perfect for creating special holiday memories with family before Christmas. Thank you for sharing such creative inspiration!
