I love a good holiday crafternoon, don’t you? This little project would go perfectly with a gaggle of your besties, the soundtrack to White Christmas on repeat, and some spiked eggnog! Invite your crew over to make a whole batch of these little rhinestone sprinkled ornaments and it’s guaranteed to be a good time. They’re crazy easy to make and look mighty fine on the ol’ tree, if I do say so myself.
DIY Rhinestone Sprinkled Ornaments
Make Time: 5 Minutes per Ornament
Step 1: Put a small dot of glue on the back of a rhinestone.
Step 2: Glue the rhinestone to the ornament, starting at the top by the base of the hook area.
Step 3: Continue in the same way until the top of your ornament is covered with rhinestones.
Step 4: Place the ornament to dry upside-down in the ornament box; this will stop the rhinestones from sliding down the side as the glue dries. Allow to dry for at least one hour.
These are so simple but so cute, and I love how they look on a white tree. I love no-fuss, no-muss projects, don’t you? And how fun would it be to get a bunch of materials for yourself and your pals, then make them and trade each other for your faves? Or put them together and guess who made which. Ha! Mine would definitely be the ones that looked like they belong on Rainbow Brite’s Christmas tree.
So schedule yourself a little Christmas crafternoon and get some bling on your tree ASAP! xoxo
