Woah. Each time July rolls around, I have to do a major reality check that it’s already halfway through the year. And this year is a particularly wild one — it feels like it has both flown and crawled by. So July’s Intention Blueprint is designed to bring you back to yourself, with a focus on how you relate to the people around you.
When the world feels like it’s in upheaval, it’s easy for me to just try to hang on and “wait it out.” I feel like I’m waiting for something to give, for something major to happen. But the reality is that life is happening during all of this waiting.
So I’ve been brainstorming this month’s Blueprint to focus on being comfortable with exactly who and where I am. To find the intention and the purpose in the everyday, whether that day is mundane or action-packed.
As you’re working through the July Intention Blueprint, find that quiet voice inside that guides you to what’s true for you. That uniqueness is what makes you beautiful, and what makes you an integral part of the lives of the people you touch.
what Are Intention Blueprints?
But wait! Are you new to this whole “Intention Blueprint” thing?!
At the start of the year, I really wanted to find ways serve you which are tangible, actionable, and valuable for you. I wanted something that could bridge the digital gap for us, and connect us in a human way. So I came up with this idea, to create space for you to grow in your own ways.
At the start of each month, I share a (totally free!) worksheet here for you to help guide your thoughts and create an Intention Blueprint for the following 30 days. Every month there’s a new set of thoughts, ideas, and prompts to help you craft your own roadmap. And the purpose? To help you feel positive, examine your thoughts, create a life you love, and live your days with intention.
I think of these monthly Blueprints as a way to get that New Year feeling at the beginning of every month, where you feel full of possibility and totally refreshed.
