Each month we feature a new Lovely Girl, meant to inspire you to explore the zillions of ways you can live a lovely life. These gals are based on real-life lovelies that we know and adore. This month, I’m so excited to welcome our new illustrator to the team, Kristine Brookshire! Just look at this gorgeous girl she dreamed up…

The Smart and Savvy girl has got the world on lock. She can school you in just about anything, from how to set up a 401K to the best place in town for a mani-pedi. She’s got her planner meticulously organized and her lists have sublists to keep her on track. The Smart and Savvy is definitely a thinker — she examines situations from all sides in an effort to make life good for herself and the people that she cares about. But it isn’t all meetings and agendas for this lovely girl; for her, having a good time is just as important as nailing a big presentation. And you can bet that at the end of the day, she lets her hair down.
