A Super Festive Holiday Giveaway!

Remember last year when the kiddos went to meet Santa? Well, they loved the experience so much we went back again! Even Maggie, who was just over two years old at the time, remembered parts of it — it made a big impression! So back we went, and this year was even bigger and better (if that’s possible).

This year, our friends at Vintage Faire Mall added a fun party to their Santa HQ experience, called Jamming in My Jammies – Breakfast with Santa PJ Party. Needless to say, Henry and Mags were over the moon to be in their jammies, eating bagels, and chatting with Santa. It was like their nirvana.

As a mom, there are a few reasons why I just love the Santa HQ experience at Vintage Faire. For starters, the pajama party bonus this year was such a treat — you can get to the mall before meeting Santa, have some breakfast, and do fun holiday crafts. On top of that, kids get a little gift bag with goodies (including a Macy’s gift card!). There are raffle prizes, activities, lots more. The PJ parties are sponsored by another local favorite, Modesto on Ice, so kiddos get an ice skating discount to boot.

I also love the Santa HQ experience. First of all, you can make a reservation to take photos with Santa, so you don’t have to wait for hours in line! That alone is worth it, as you well know, if you’ve ever tried to get a picture with Mr. Claus. Secondly, before you make your way to Santa, there are all kinds of interactive games and activities for the kids. You can try the Naughty Or Nice O’Meter, you can make an Elf ID Card, and lots more. The kids could seriously spend at least an hour in there exploring.

And one more mom thing I love? The fact that you can preview and order your photos with Santa immediately after you take them. Brilliant.
