I posted this quick project on Instagram and you guys seemed to really love it! It was actually a series of DIYs that I created for HGTV.com, all about how to decorate using your own Instagram photos. All in all there are about 10 different projects, but this one was definitely my fave. You can check out all of them right here, but I thought I’d share a few extra photos and details of the cabinets that we wallpapered with our Instagram photos!
We asked for some help from our favorite Instagram printers, Social Print Studio, to print up a couple of their posters. You can select the images you want to include in the poster, so you can customize it a little bit; I chose lots of photos that had pink and blue tones so it would feel cohesive. It’s also way easier to just get a poster with all your images printed in one place than to wallpaper your cabinets with single photos.
So once you have your posters, measure the inside of your cabinets, trim the posters to the right size, remove the shelves, and just tack up your posters with glue strips or something similar. That way you can reposition it if it’s crooked, or it’s easily removable if you change your mind.
And that’s it! Then you have a colorful interior to your cabinets waiting for you every time you reach for the hairspray. Fun, huh? xoxo

Where oh where did you get those gold-lidded jars??? They’re amazing.
They’re from Target! I have some too! 😀
Target! From whence all cute housewares come. 😉
Oh this is way better than getting singles printed and doing them individually!
right?! a total timesaver! ?
LOVE THIS IDEA!
awe, thanks Amber! it’s seriously so fun and easy — two of my favorite ways to DIY ?
Such a fun idea! Love this!
thanks doll! ?
I love the idea but all my cabinets are so full you wouldn’t see the picture. Small house , too many people syndrome.
? so funny! you can also get your photos printed as wallpaper, frame it, and hang it in your home as art!
What a great idea. My daughters will love that to pimp their cabinets. Thank you so much!
