Create a Tea Station at Home

|

Move over coffee, the tea drinkers are getting serious! If you love a good cuppa, here’s everything you’ll need to create a tea station at home.

What’s more cozy than a lovely cup of tea on a crisp day? Nothing, that’s what.

There’s a certain vibe when you work in an office of being able to go to the coffee or tea station and put together a cozy cup of something warm.

I love that vibe, so I recreated it at home. We work-from-home folks deserve a tea station too!

Stocking a Countertop Tea Station and Organizing Tea

The foundation of an at-home tea station is a really great place to organize it all.

I don’t keep a huge selection of tea at home; just a curated group of my favorites. So this single drawer with dividers works perfectly.

If you need a little more space, there’s also a version with two drawers. This could be great if you also need to store Keurig cups or other items.

In my drawers I also keep a vitamin organizer and my favorite tea spoons. More on those below!

Teas I always keep around and recommend are below! Heads up, these are Amazon links but you can likely find these at lower prices in your local grocery stores.

The Best Countertop Electric Kettle

I splurged on the Stagg electric kettle a few years back and I can confirm, it’s fantastic!

It heats incredibly quickly, is whisper quiet, and is the prettiest shade of pink (although it comes in lots of colors).

I also love that you can control the temperature with the easy-set knob and there’s a super clear temp readout. Highly recommend!

What to Put In Tea

When it comes to tea, I like it light and sweet in the morning and straight in the afternoon.

For me, light and sweet means a bit of stevia (I really like the Truvia granules) and a bit of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. We keep Almond Breeze stocked!

I also add a serving of collagen in the morning. Naked Collagen is my favorite; you can’t taste it at all and it adds a good amount of protein to the tea.

I store my additives in canisters right on the tea station to make it simple to grab.

This little sugar bowl is where the stevia lives, and the collagen goes in the larger canister.

Teaspoons for a Tea Station

Obviously, you can use whatever spoons you have.

But I do like to keep some spoons right in the tea station so that everything is in one place.

Just to make things a little special I found these gold teaspoons and I keep a set of them in the drawer with the tea. They’re very affordable and are a great size and shape.

Hiding Cords on Your Kitchen Counter

If cords on the counter make you feel twitchy (like me, hello), the storage box provides a really simple solution.

You can just tuck the cord behind the box and run it over to the closest outlet. It also works to place the box right in front of an outlet and use the tea station to mask the cord.

Bonus: The Best Day of the Week Vitamin Organizer

I keep all of my vitamins right in the tea station to make sure that I remember to take them.

This vitamin organizer is fantastic – it has sections for each day of the week, both AM and PM.

There’s a mirror on the interior of the case, and it’s super sturdy for travel.

This tea station is a small thing but it brings so much joy to my everyday! And that’s what it’s all about around here — finding the little joys in each day. Hope some of these recommendations make their way into your home. xoxo

  5. I’ve been looking for ways to make my home office more inviting, and a dedicated tea station seems like the ultimate cozy upgrade. Finding a productive daily rhythm is essential, much like the fnf rhythm game where the boyfriend competes against various opponents to win the girlfriend’s love. I can’t wait to organize my own little corner for those crisp afternoon breaks!
