This blazer from J.Crew has been my absolute go-to lately when I want to look a little pulled together. I love it because it looks structured but it’s secretly made of knit cotton, so it feels like wearing a sweatshirt. Turns out it’s the perfect thing to wear on a trip to the observatory.

The boots (Jessica Simpson, found at Marshall’s) are super comfy — just the right height for walking around all day looking through telescopes. And those grey tights I actually got on a trip to China! There was a stall in a street market with every color of tights you could imagine, for about $1 each. Obviously I bought about 10 pairs.

And that necklace has been one of my faves since my sister gave it to me for Christmas last year! It’s from Upper Metal Class, who just happens to be a sponsor this month. And UMC has kindly offered Lovely Indeed readers 15% off any purchase for the entire month of November! Seriously, the UMC shop is full of awesome stuff that would be perfect for holiday gifts. So if you want to take advantage of their generosity, enter code LOVELY at checkout. Happy shopping! xoxo
