So if you are all up in my Instagram, you’ve probably seen the hashtag #makeyourdaydiy flying around a bit recently! I’ve been working with the tremendously adorable and creative Chelsey (who doesn’t properly know how to spell her name) of The Paper Mama on a super-secret-almost-not-secret-any-more project, and pretty soon we can tell you everything!
But for now, I can show you a few behind-the-scenes snaps from our photoshoot this week. We holed up in a really cool Portland airbnb and set up shop. Margaret Jacobsen took photos for us, Mr. Lovely was modeling, and Chelsey and I were tearing up the joint while we styled all of the stuff we’ve been working on! (There ware also a lot of dance breaks to Beyonce and general shenanigans.) It was a wild creative ride and I loved every minute of getting to work together that day.
We’ll have lots more to tell you about Make Your Day in the coming weeks, so keep an ear to the ground! I mean, when you combine a Chelsea with a Chelsey, things are bound to get good. xoxo

I love the sweater you are wearing in the first pic…where did you get it from?
Thanks Jennifer! I actually got it at a little shop in Paris, but I think they have some similar ones at Forever 21 right now.

I am reading your blog through Feedly and for some reason the pictures have not been showing up for the past few days. It does only seem to be your blog that this is happening with. Just wanted to let you know!
Thanks!
Yikes! Thanks for the heads-up Rachel, we’ll look into it. xo
