honeymooning ii

Happy hump day! To get you through the week, I’m back today with the second half of our honeymoon photos from Tahiti. Bora Bora was our final island in French Polynesia, and it’s safe to say that we saved the best for last. We stayed in an overwater bungalow, with a private little dock right over the ocean (cannonballs, anyone?). Mr. Lovely practiced his snorkeling while I held down the lounge chairs on the beach and read a juicy novel. One day we rented bikes and rode the 20 miles around the main island — a gorgeous adventure. And we finished off our week with a ride on a Hobie Cat out to the reefs that surround the islands, complete with sightings of dozens of stingrays.

Hope you’re enjoying the photos as much as I love sharing them! French Polynesia was a photographer’s dream, but there’s no way I could ever do it justice. Tune in tomorrow for some photos of where we’ve been this week while we’re traveling down the California coast. Honeymooning is the best! xoxo

  1. I love your ring, so gorgeous and unique! I’m sitting at my desk at work right now super jealous of your honeymoon destination. So pretty 🙂
