Blackberry Popsicle Recipe

Have you had IZZE? Their line of juices and sparkling sodas is home to some of my favorite summertime sips! The sweet folks at IZZE recently sent me a few bottles to try, so I decided to get creative. If you want to make these pretty little popsicles, you’ll just need a few simple ingredients.

  • Sparkling Blackberry IZZE
  • 1 cup blackberries (frozen is a-okay, just thaw them out a bit)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • blender
  • popsicle mold and sticks
  • washi tape, if you wanna be super cute

Blend your blackberries and yogurt until they’re smooth. Add your bottle of IZZE and gently stir. It’ll foam up a bit — not to worry! Just wait until it calms down. Pour your mixture into the popsicle molds. You might find that these expand a little more than your usual popsicles (I think it’s the bubbles), so experiment with how much room you need to leave in each mold. Pop those babies in the freezer (no sticks yet!).

While the popsicles are chillin’, use your washi tape to decorate the bottom half of the popsicle sticks. Get fancy. After about 30 minutes in the freezer, put your decorated sticks into the popsicle molds, right in the middle of each pop.

Put the popsicles back in the freezer to chill completely,  and then enjoy! Big thanks to IZZE for cooling off my summer! xoxo
