Remember last week’s DIY rubber stamps? Here’s what I made them for! Today we’re doing DIY stamped coasters.
You’ll need stamps, paint and paintbrush, cork sheets, and scissors. Start by cutting the cork sheets into coasters — I did circles, but squares could be cool too!
Next, choose a stamp and put a generous amount of paint on it with a paintbrush. Gently apply the stamp to a coaster and carefully pull the stamp away. You may need to re-ink it with paint and reapply, but I kind of like the irregular look at the process achieves.
Stamp away until all of your coasters are decorated. Let them dry thoroughly before use. Then, the next time you have company let them ooh and ahh over your handiwork! xoxo
