5 Perfect (and Affordable) Hostess Gifts

Chances are in the next couple of months you’ll be heading out to quite a few parties. If you’re looking for a tiny something to bring your hostess to thank her for cooking up your turkey or serving you wine all night, I found a few little pieces that would make perfect hostess gifts. And bonus — nothing is over 20 bucks.

Hostess Gifts Under $20

For the game lover, gold playing cards. I might stick these in my own stocking this year.

For the baker, a set of sweet bowls. We have these and use them almost every day!

For the home decor fan, a delicious candle. This one is my favorite scent — I have given it multiple times as a gift.

For the planner, a little golden notebook. Because everybody loves gold.

For the fashionista, a dish for her trinkets. Who doesn’t want that little giraffe to watch over their baubles?

Happy party season! xoxo

  1. Awesome post! I’m always on the lookout for great hostess gifts. I try to DIY a bunch (usually some sort of infused oil or salt) at the beginning of each year but by the end (and when holiday parties roll around…) I’m usually all out and am scrambling to buy. This is super helpful!

  2. This is a great list! I have the gold Poppin notebook – I got it on sale at Staples for…$1. So if you’re looking for items from that line, I recommend a quick check at Staples to save on shipping and the price. Notebooks for everyone!
