last minute valentine

Alright dudes, are you stuck for tomorrow?  Need something to contribute to the office party or to give to your Valentine?  I’m here for ya.

Make a batch of Rice Krispies Treats (use the microwave directions and it will literally take you 5 minutes).  Let them cool and cut them into hearts using either a cookie cutter or a plain ol’ knife.

Print out these freebies.  Cut out and fold the flags in half and use double-sided tape to hold them together.  Slide a toothpick into the folded end and snip a triangle out of the other end.  Stick these into your Rice Krispies hearts.

Cut out the “Help Yourself” sign, fold in half, and display near your treats.  Ta-daaa!  You’re an instant homemaker.  xoxo

    • They sure are! We got them for our wedding.

  1. Love this! I am all the way down with 5-minute treats – especially since my husband just sent me an email about a charity bake sale I’m supposed to contribute to TOMORROW.

    • Perfect, Jenni! Hope you got some inspiration for tomorrow. :)

I noticed you always find such cute printables (not sure that’s the technical term). I’m looking for more so I can create lots of cute cupcake toppers. Where do you find them??

    • Hi Jill,
I don’t find them — I actually design them myself. For more, search for “printable” in my search bar. Another couple of great sites for printables are hankandhunt.com and thesweeetestoccasion.com. Have fun!
