Okay. Seriously, after having done a few apartment hunts in NYC, doing one in LA is like playing Candy Land. And after just a couple of days of hunting, we found our new place! It’s a cozy little apartment in Studio City, and by cozy and little, I mean 400 square feet larger than our NYC place. That’s almost double the size. I could do a tumbling pass in the bathroom.
And after the tumbling pass, I could take a dip in the pool, barbeque some burgers, eat them on our patio, then go work it off in the workout room. After which I would go open and close all of the cabinets in the kitchen and wash dishes in the dishwasher, just because I could. Suffice it to say, it’s an upgrade.
But most of all, it’s full of sunshine and light. And I love that.
In all seriousness, I’m so grateful that we found a perfect place for what we need right now! We’re so blessed that the move and apartment search has gone so smoothly, and I can’t wait to get settled in (and document the whole thing right here!). Have a great weekend, guys! xoxo
